Depreciation of stock

I'm trading in goods, which though not exactly perishable, have a limited shelf-life of around 2 years. Most often, I need to replace them after 2 years. I'd like Dexxter to be able to help me with: certainly automatic depreciation of my stock a plus would be helping to manage the stock (what is about to expire)
